Manifesto

I believe Creativity is not a process to be rushed but one to be endured until its completion. Art to me is a state of either utter peace or pure suffering. That being said there is a very thin line between peace and suffering. In everything I create Patience is mandatory but composure is a choice. Destruction has to be viewed as a form of creativity. At times that things have to be pulled apart in order to see their real beauty or inner-workings.

People often talk about creatives needing to live outside the box but I disagree. One must not live outside the box however, they must dwell deeply enough in the box to understand how it is made in order to slowly dissect it. For if life is only understood backwards then the “boxes” in which we dwell must be understood from within.

Film must show life in its purest forms. Film just as other arts is a method of persuasion. The filmmaker is either enticing or  dissuading their audience towards a specific image. It is the artist’s duty artist duty to create extreme poles.
